Returns and Refunds

Because our posters are printed after an order is received, cancellations may not be possible once printing has started.

Custom Designs and Digital Files

Custom designs are created based on the requirements provided by the customer.

Once a custom design has been approved and the final source file or print-ready file has been delivered, cancellation or refund may not be available, except where we agree that a genuine issue requires correction.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving the final design before printing or final delivery.
